Currently, HVO100 is mainly used for trucks and buses. HVO100 can be used in EURO V/EURO VI diesel trucks without any technical modifications to the vehicle.
What about the emissions of HVO100 trucks?
HVO100 can be used in Euro V/VI diesel trucks without conversion. It can reduce CO₂ emissions by up to 90% compared with diesel when using feedstocks such as vegetable oils, animal fats and food waste.
